This classic beach cottage reconstruction was custom-made for a nationally renowned artist with a passion for surfing.
A very complicated building in a small package, we turned a single-wall construction, fishing shack into a place that looked like a historical home from the 1920s that’s been in the family for years. Working through county setbacks and regulations, we introduced new products and new ideas that were high tech, but kept the old world charm. The owner loves the radiant heating system and the all wood construction inside.
